LAKEFRONT LAND SALE
The Township of Pickle Lake will soon be offering 28 waterfront lots for sale.
The seasonal residential lots are located on Pickle Lake, and cottages and vacation homes may be built on the sites.
The lots vary from 1.19 acres to 1.90 acres in size, with 198 to 563 feet of shoreline frontage, and purchasers will own the land right down to the waterline.
A four year time period will be allowed to construct a dwelling.
These lots are water access only, with a public road and boat launch located right in the Town of Pickle Lake.

PUBLIC NOTICE - SALE OF LAND
In accordance with By-Law 2007-34 the following Parcels of Land attached to this notice as Schedule “C” have been deemed surplus to the needs of the Township of Pickle Lake. They are for sale by direct sale.
A) LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS
B) ANY APPLICABLE LEGAL AND TRANSFER COSTS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER.
C) AN “AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE AND SALE” PACKAGE MUST BE COMPLETED FOR ANY OFFER TO PURCHASE.
THESE PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TOWNSHIP OFFICE FOR A FEE OF $20.00 AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO:

Offers will only be accepted on or after Monday, September 27, 2010 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. All offers will be processed on a First Come-First Serve basis. All sales are governed by the policies in By-Law 2007-34.
Offers received prior to Monday, September 27, 2010 will not be accepted.
This notice remains in effect until rescinded by Council Resolution.
