LAKEFRONT LAND SALE

 

The Township of Pickle Lake will soon be offering 28 waterfront lots for sale.

 

The seasonal residential lots are located on Pickle Lake, and cottages and vacation homes may be built on the sites.

 

The lots vary from 1.19 acres to 1.90 acres in size, with 198 to 563 feet of shoreline frontage, and purchasers will own the land right down to the waterline.

 

A four year time period will be allowed to construct a dwelling.

 

These lots are water access only, with a public road and boat launch located right in the Town of Pickle Lake.
